The hotel was wonderful and the location was favourable and unbeatable just next door to both metro and bus stations and restaurants and supermarkets and exchange stores and osman bey metro station. The room was neat and brand-new and we had a storage space and a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable, a tub worked well.

I had a delayed flight and arrived the next morning, but the front desk manager went out of their way to accommodate my needs and even canceled my first night for free. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and my room was ready despite the early morning arrival. The hotel's oriental hospitality was warm and lovely, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. I greatly appreciated the attentive and helpful staff throughout my stay.

I was especially grateful for the attention to detail, such as the complimentary daily coffees and teas in the well-equipped kitchenette of my spacious room.
